3 Bedroom House, Greve D

Pinnacle Estates is delighted to present this newly renovated, immaculate 3-bedroom house in the popular area of Greve d’Azette, close to the beach and local amenities. No expense has been spared in the complete renovation of this stunning home, with new windows, doors, flooring, plumbing and electric heating system throughout. The property further benefits from plans to extend the property to make this a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The attractive entrance hall leads though to the new open plan kitchen / dining room perfect for modern family living. This spacious room features a modern Island in addition to a log burner, making it a great space for entertaining. Bi-folding doors lead from the dining area through to the newly created al-fresco eating area and garden. The separate lounge also has a log burner, perfect for those cosy nights in. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.

The first floor offers two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The new house bathroom has a new jacuzzi-style bath and separate shower.

To the exterior, this truly stunning house benefits from a low maintenance garden to the rear and parking for two to three vehicles to the side. To secure the parking a garage door is due to be installed in the coming weeks. (see architect images in the gallery for how it will look once installed).
